Stocklabel is the stock system for shops where every piece is one of one. It reads the care label, gives each piece its own number and tag, and turns your iPhone into the till.
For vintage, archive and designer-resale shops.
Brush past them. Click one to turn it over.Tap one to turn it over.
Runs in Safari on your iPhone and in any up-to-date browser on your laptop. Nothing to install from the App Store.
If your stock lives in a spreadsheet, you know the routine. Every care label typed out by hand. Every number written on a tag. Every listing written twice, once for the rail and once for the webshop.
Stocklabel does the typing. You keep the decisions.
10:30 · Intake
A bag of stock comes in.
Photograph the piece and its care label. Within seconds Stocklabel reads the brand, size and composition off the label, and suggests category, colour, condition and any flaws it can see. Anything it couldn't read clearly gets a ?, so you know exactly where to look.
An iPhone running Stocklabel: the camera photographs an olive C.P. Company overshirt, its care label is read, and the review screen fills in brand, size, material, category and colour, with the size marked ? and the price left for you.
The price is yours. So are the measurements, measured flat, in centimetres.
12:00 · Labels
Tags on the rail.
Every piece gets its own five-digit article number, and it never changes. Stocklabel exports your labels as a spreadsheet for your label printer's own app, so you keep the tag layout you already use.
Three labels are exported as a spreadsheet to the label printer's app; the tag for 00105 prints and hangs on the rail beside 00106 and 00107.
13:30 · From a folder
This morning's shoot.
Shot a rail of pieces on a camera? Choose the folder on your laptop. Stocklabel groups the photos per piece by the pause between shots, crops each one onto the same clean border, and reads every piece in turn. Then you price the lot down one column.
Stocklabel on a laptop: twelve photos from a camera shoot are grouped into four pieces, then reviewed as a table and priced down one column.
15:00 · Stock
“Got this in a large?”
Search by brand or number and open any piece: its photos, cost, price, margin and days in stock, with a history of every step, from photographed and label printed to sold and returned.
A customer asks for a large. On the Stock screen, a search for Stone Island finds the crewneck knit 00106 in size L, in stock for 23 days, with its cost, price, margin and history.
16:00 · Drop
Friday's drop.
Choose the pieces for your next webshop drop. Stocklabel drafts each title and a short, factual description from the details you confirmed, cuts the photos out onto white, and adds size, measurements and condition underneath. Cards only show what's still missing.

Stocklabel on a laptop, getting the drop "Autumn outerwear" ready: six pieces, one still without a price. The overshirt's two-sentence description is drafted, with its size, measurements and condition added underneath.
17:30 · Till
The till, at dusk.
Point the camera at a tag and the piece is in the sale. If it's already sold, written off or not found, the till says so before anyone pays. Agree a price per piece, then take cash or card.
Try it: rest the cursor on a tag.Try it: tap a tag.
18:00 · Today
Closing up.
Today shows what sold and how much of it was cash, what's waiting to be checked, and what has been on the rail for over 90 days. Underneath, what your stock is worth at list price, what you paid for it, and the margin in between.
Margin is list price minus cost, before VAT.
The Today screen at closing time: 148 pieces in stock, € 455.00 sold today of which € 180.00 in cash, 4 pieces to review and 6 over 90 days. The stock is worth € 18,640.00 at list price: € 7,120.00 cost and € 11,520.00 margin.
Stocklabel uses AI for the two jobs it's good at, reading labels and drafting copy, and keeps everything that matters in your hands.
Photograph on the phone, price on the laptop. Every signed-in device sees the same stock.

An iPhone for intake and the till, and a laptop if you shoot whole batches on a camera. For tags, Stocklabel exports a spreadsheet, one row per label, for your label printer's app to print from. Set the barcode in your label template to Code 128 so the till can read it.
No. It runs in Safari on your iPhone and in any up-to-date browser on your laptop. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app.
No, your webshop stays on Shopify. Stocklabel gets pieces ready for it: photos, title, description and specifications. Sending a drop straight to Shopify is in development.
Never. Prices, measurements and article numbers are always yours. The AI reads labels, suggests details and drafts descriptions you can edit.
Importing your current stock sheet is in development. Until then, pieces come in through intake, one at a time or a folder at a time.
It's made for patchy shop wifi. Changes you make without a connection stay on the device and are sent when you're back online. The first time you open it on a device, you need a connection.
Your pieces and photos sit behind your sign-in. They can't be opened from the web without your account.
